The Connection Card is the simplest way to tell us who you are and how you’d like to get plugged in at Journey of Grace. It only takes a couple of minutes, and someone from our team will personally follow up with you.
About the Announcements
Our Connection Card is tied to the announcements you hear on Sundays. Often the announcements list a set of events or programs with a letter next to each one. When that happens, the card will ask you to circle the letters for anything you are interested in or plan to attend. Just circle the ones that fit you, and we’ll know exactly where to focus our time when we follow up with you.
What to Expect in the Form
The form asks for a few basics so we can reach you and learn how to serve you best:
Your name and the best way to contact you, such as an email address or phone number
Your neighborhood or city, if you are comfortable sharing it, so we can help you find community nearby
Any letters from the announcements you’d like to circle, along with the events or programs that interest you
A note or prayer request telling us how we can help you take your next step
